2007 Tax Information

Wondering why you didn't receive a tax form?

For those who are filing 2007 tax returns later in the year, we are continuing to offer pertinent tax-related data online.

Tax Forms
In January, Forms 1099-DIV, 1099-B, 1099-R and 1099-Q were mailed to shareholders*, with the exception of AEW shareholders, whose forms were sent at the end of February. In April, Form 5498ESA, which reports contributions to ESA plans for tax-year 2007, will be mailed. And in May, Form 5498, which reports IRA contributions and Roth conversions for tax-year 2007, was mailed to shareholders. If you should need duplicate tax forms or any average cost statements* for any of your Natixis Funds accounts, you can order them online in our Account access section beginning in early February.

* Please do not rely on distribution figures on your year-end statements to report 2007 income taxes; it is not unusual for adjustments to occur after December 31. If your taxable distribution from any Natixis fund in 2007 was less than $10, it will not be reported on your Form 1099-DIV. However, you are responsible for including the sum in your tax calculations.
