Delafield Asset Management, a division of Reich & Tang Capital Management, an
affiliate of Natixis Global Associates, manages discretionary equity
assets, primarily for individual and institutional accounts, as well as the Delafield
Fund, an equity mutual fund. The firm's managers follow an investment philosophy
that emphasizes the meticulous preservation and enhancement of capital through long-term
investments in undervalued securities.
Delafield Asset Management was founded in 1980 by J. Dennis Delafield and is headquartered

Dennis Delafield came into the business in 1957. He merged a member firm of the New York Stock Exchange of which he was a director and shareholder with Sterling, Grace & Co. in New York in 1959. Subsequently, he became a partner in charge of research in investment advisory services for Sterling, Grace. In 1970, he joined David J. Greene & Co. as Sterling, Grace had decided to de-emphasize the investment advisory business. He became a managing partner of David J. Greene, leaving there in 1980, on a friendly basis, to found Delafield Asset Management Inc.
Mr. Delafield is currently a Managing Director of Reich & Tang Asset Management, LLC, Chairman and co-manager of Delafield Fund, Inc. and Chief Executive Officer of Delafield Asset Management, a division of Reich & Tang Asset Management, LLC.
Mr. Delafield is a graduate of Princeton University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Vincent Sellecchia started as an investment analyst in the Trust Dept. of Irving Trust & Co. during May of 1976. He worked there for three years before becoming part of the research team of Gabelli & Company, Inc. He joined Dennis Delafield in October of 1980, the year Delafield Asset Management, Inc. was founded.
Mr. Sellecchia is currently a Managing Director of Reich & Tang Asset Management, LLC, President and co-manager of Delafield Fund, Inc. and Chief Investment Officer & Chief Operating Officer of Delafield Asset Management, a division of Reich & Tang Asset Management, LLC.
Mr. Sellecchia is a graduate of Boston College (BA) and New York University (MBA). He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Charles Neuhauser, CFA

Charles Neuhauser began his career in the investment management business at the preeminent value investment firm of Ruane, Cunniff & Co., managers of the Sequoia Fund. After stints on the sell side at Bear Stearns and Legg Mason (during which time he was twice interviewed in Barron’s for his research on corporate spin-offs and small-cap value stocks), Mr. Neuhauser returned to the buy side; he spent a half dozen years as co-manager of the ICM Small Company Portfolio fund in Baltimore. In October of 1998, Mr. Neuhauser took his present position at Reich & Tang.
Currently, Mr. Neuhauser is a Portfolio Manager/Analyst at Delafield Asset Management as a result of the January 2008 merging of Delafield Asset Management and the Reich & Tang Smaller Cap Equity Team. He has primary responsibility for the micro-cap strategy products.
Mr. Neuhauser graduated from Columbia University (BA) in 1980. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst, and he speaks French.
Donald Wang, CFA

Donald Wang began his investment career as a Bank Analyst with Prudential Bache in 1989 and then continued onto Keefe Bruyette & Woods in the same capacity. In 1992, he went onto become an Analyst with Osterweis Capital Management. Having worked at Osterweis for 3 years, he joined Spare, Kaplan & Bischel as a Portfolio Manager in 1995. He worked there for a year before joining The Lindner Funds as an Analyst/Portfolio Manager in January 1996. Mr. Wang accepted the position of Manager/Analyst in Smaller Cap Equity Team of Reich & Tang’s Capital Management Group in May 1999.
Currently, Mr. Wang is a Portfolio Manager/Analyst at Delafield Asset Management as a result of the January 2008 merging of Delafield Asset Management and the Smaller Cap Equity Team.
Mr. Wang received a BS from New York University in 1989 and he is a Charted Financial Analyst.
