Mr. Heebner is a General Partner of Capital Growth Management and is the portfolio

. He began his career in 1965 with the A & H Kroeger organization as a senior economist
and, in 1971, moved to Scudder, Stevens & Clark as a vice president and mutual funds
manager. In 1976, he joined Loomis, Sayles & Company in the mutual funds management
group where he assumed overall responsibility for the area in 1978. He formed Capital
Growth Management in 1990. He has 36 years investment experience.
Mr. Heebner has a Bachelor of Science from Amherst College and an MBA from Harvard
Business School. He also holds the chartered financial analyst designation.
