Medical
Employees and eligible dependents may choose from three medical plan coverage options: Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO New England, and Blue Cross Blue Shield Blue Care Elect (PPO).
Dental
Our dental plan provides employees and their eligible dependents with coverage for preventative, restorative, and major dental services, including coverage for orthodontia.
Flexible spending accounts
Employees may contribute any amount, to a maximum of $5,000 per year, to either a health or dependent care reimbursement account.
Vision
Employees and eligible dependents can participate in the vision benefit plan. It covers routine eye and contact lens exams as well as prescription lenses and frames. Additional discounts are offered.
Life and disability
Life insurance coverage
The company provides eligible employees with core life insurance coverage. Employees can elect additional life insurance up to three times their annual base salary to a stated maximum.
Disability coverage
Natixis Global Associates provides eligible employees with short-term disability insurance. Employees may elect to purchase additional disability insurance at their own cost.
Retirement benefits
401(k) Savings and Retirement Plan
The 401(k) Savings and Retirement Plan provides employees the ability to make the most of retirement savings by allowing tax deferrals and company matching contributions on a significant portion of money saved into the plan. In addition, the company provides matching contributions based on the monies deferred by the employee.
Retirement Account Plan
The Retirement Account Plan is funded solely by the company and provides employees a core retirement benefit.
